The Iris & B. Gerald Cantor Center for Visual Arts exhibits collections and special exhibitions on view in 24 galleries, and is home to the world-famous Rodin Sculpture Garden. A new wing provides galleries for special exhibitions and the Cantor Center's collection of modern and contemporary art, an auditorium, café and bookstore. Closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Admission is free.

Frenchman's Tower

Stanford's Big Dish
Stanford's Big Dish is 300,000 pounds, 150 feet in diameter, and was commissioned by the Department of Defense in the early 1960s under the specs of the think tank SRI. It is still U.S. government property, though "under the custodianship" of SRI and Stanford.
